My best friend Kelly has always been a kind and generous person. When she learned that her younger brother Dan would be moving to France, Kelly decided to do something very nice for him. Kelly is actually going to be purchasing some very nice Property in France for her brother Dan. Dan does not have a lot of money right now, but will need to live in France for two years in order to complete his studies at one of the universities there.
