I had the nerve to think I could find a home on my own. This was something of a joke. So, after a failed attempt, I located an agency with knowledge of the area and one of the things we looked at were Sunny Isles Beach condos for sale. Chances are, I would have learned about this area long after having made some ridiculous purchase. I am thankful to the agents and thankful to the higher being that allowed me to afford this lifestyle and ocean views.
