Things have really changed in the past year. What started out as a small currency exchange company has transformed into a booming business. We have barely enough staff to keep the doors open and we are all exhausted from working such long hours. We just didn’t think things would take off so soon. Now it is time to make a few new policies in order to take care of employees and make it possible to hire some new people for the front counter.
