Even though my sister’s credit score is low, she is still going to apply for a bad credit home loan with her bank. She has gotten back on her feet since the insurance company finally paid her the settlement for a car accident that she was in almost a year ago. During the past year, she was unable to work and unable to pay her bills because the settlement money had not come through yet. Now that it is all resolved and she is working again, I am sure that she will get the home and the loan that she wants.
