It can be very confusing at times when you have lots of options. There are times that it is best when one has limited alternatives. Education is one thing that has lots of options especially if one has the proper resources. For those individuals that are financially challenged, it is best that they avail of college grants. These grants are not in any way similar to school loans. Grants may be provided by the Federal government or through private corporations and foundations. Grants can be in two forms. A merit based or a needs based. The former requires a certain level of GPA and academic or athletic skills. The latter solely depends on one’s financial status.
