I was happy to hear that my best friend was able to get a bad credit home loan. She has not had good luck in her life over the past few years, and she deserves to have the little home down the street from me. She said that she has to pay a slightly higher interest rate because her credit score is lower than average, but in today’s market, even a higher interest rate is still a great rate. She signs all of the papers at the end of the month and can move into the home the following weekend.
