There are a lot of people in a slump right now. No need to feel like the Lone Ranger. So the plan is to look into a bad credit equity home loan. Our home has to appraise for more than what we still owe on it in order to get the equity in the form of what’s called a cash out mortgage. This could be the break we have been looking for.
